Satire Lounge

This iconic bar on Colfax was the first establishment Pete Contos purchased in 1962; a true Mexican dive bar. Serving up smothered burritos, tacos, fajitas and many other Mexican favorites. The Satire is known for their famous Blue Margaritas! Come on in for a refreshing drink or some street tacos. This bar will provide you with a truly unique experience you are unlikely to find anywhere else in Denver.

University Park cafe

An easy going American cafe located right in the heart of The University of Denver since 1996. This place has all your favorites like philly cheesesteaks, skillets, benedicts, omelets, and much more! Being located so close to the college campus, the prices here are affordable for everyone. Stop by for a bloody mary or mimosa any day of the week for a classy diner experience.

Pete’s Kitchen

The 24 hour diner was taken over by Pete Contos in 1988. This place is a comfortable diner serving classic American dishes with a twist on some Mexican and Greek favorites. The Kitchen is most well-known for their breakfast burrito supreme which Pete created in 1989. If you're looking for a quick and affordable meal at anytime of the day, stop by and try some of Pete’s famous dishes.

greek town

This Greek restaurant was taken over in 2001 by Pete Contos. It is a huge Greek restaurant with a versatile menu that truly has something on it for everyone. Here you can find all of your Greek classics like kabobs, pastitsio, and saganaki, or “flaming cheese”. This is a fancier restaurant on Colfax that provides a longer and more unique dining experience. The Greek Town can seat up to 100 people for private parties in the dining room. Ask us about large catering orders for pick up or delivery!

gyros place

A Greek diner taken over by Pete Contos in 1991. This may be a small diner, but the food speaks for itself. They serve up gyro melts, patty melts, and other Greek classics. This place is known to have the best gyro and souvlaki in all of Denver. The most popular item on the menu is Bud’s Greek salad with souvlaki. You will not regret ordering this! If you're in the mood for a casual and quick meal, come on in and check us out.

This fine-dining all Greek restaurant has been owned by Pete since 1998. Here you will find a beautiful greek restaurant serving up your favorites such as moussaka, lamb chops, and bougatsa & baklava for dessert. We have plenty of Greek wines that pair magnificently with our meals. In addition, we also have greek beer and ouzo that truly give you a taste of Greece. We also have a private room upstairs that can be reserved for parties per request. Come on in for one of the most high-end dining experiences in the city.
